42. Anthracyclines

Se fixent sur l’ADN et empêchent sa réplication.

Les plus utilisés actuellement sont :

• la doxorubicine : Adriamycine;

• l’épirubicine : Farmorubicine;

• la daunorubicine;

• la doxorubine liposomale : Caelyx.

Indications

• Doxorubicine : cancer du sein, lymphomes, sarcomes…

• Épirubicine : cancer du sein…

• Daunorubicine : leucémies aiguës…
